The NEXO FIX Heat Setting Machine is engineered for the thermal treatment and dimensional stabilization of tubular knitted fabrics, particularly fabrics containing elastane and blended fibers, prior to the dyeing process.

Its dual air chamber and dual-pass fabric system provides uniform heat distribution throughout the process, helping to reduce wrinkles while improving fabric flatness, dimensional stability and overall finishing quality.

Designed to combine performance, precision and process reliability, the machine incorporates independent drive systems and accurate fabric tension control, allowing smooth and consistent operation across different fabric types and production requirements.
