Flat Screen Engraving Installation for Textile Printing Screens



1. Projection exposing unit, brand CST – Made in Germany – capable of producing four-colour process separations (= real photographs in 4 colours). Suitable for screens up to 3500 mm x 4000 mm.
2. Emulsion coating unit / gelatinizing machine for coating large-size screens, equipped with double squeegees on both front and rear sides to ensure a homogeneous and uniform emulsion layer.
3. Large-size drying oven, dimensions 3000 mm x 4500 mm, for drying the emulsion; also suitable for polymerization / curing.
4. Developing unit with water.
